Is a workbook designed to help young girls navigate the course of healthy living by helping them adopt healthier eating attitudes, which focus on overall health, rather than appearance. The physical and emotional aspects of health will be discussed in order to teach young women how to make self-esteem enhancing choices throughout their lives. This four chapter workbook encourages all girls to adopt healthier habits by addressing issues relevant in their lives, such as body confidence, self-esteem, stress management, coping skills, peer pressure and the joy of exercise.
