Chapter Description:
Some contemporary weight loss strategies claim
that permanent weight loss includes being abstinent from junk food and
other goodies. It does make sense...so clean out those cupboards-right?
Not so fast. From what I know in treating Bulimia, "absence makes the
heart grow fonder". This chapter will help you decide if you'd ever
want to start incorporating "forbidden foods" into your "diet". Similar
to anorexia and bulimia, it can be a scary decision. Some folks don't
want to tackle this right away. So, if you are on a program and it
is working for you, stick to it. Read this chapter at a later time.
If, however, you miss your favorite food(s), then read on.
